Date:
Wednesday, September 28, 2016 - 14:00

Chair: Paolo Manghi

Data repositories are today playing an important role in supporting the scientific process and in disseminating its results. On the one hand research communities urge a place where they can safely deposit their research data, satisfying their specific needs of access right management and growth over time. On the other hand their scientists need to know where they can discover the data they need, be it one data repository of interest or an aggregation of these. This session will report on three real-world experiences that span over these aspects, giving insights on their technical and sustainability challenges.
