Data Manager of the Spanish projects contributing to the ICGC and PCAWG consortia. Author of over 90 peer-review scientific papers in the field of computational biology. Main interests: macromolecules structure to function relationships, flexibility, and dynamics; Solutions for data integration in biology, including web-services, database management and integration in HPC environments.
